概述
节律守护（以下简称「本应用」）由 OrrisTech 开发。我们非常重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明了本应用如何收集、使用和保护你的个人信息。
核心原则：你的所有健康数据都只存储在你自己的设备上。本应用不会将任何数据上传到服务器。
数据收集
本应用通过 Apple HealthKit 读取以下健康数据（只读，不写入）：
- 心率（Heart Rate）
- 静息心率（Resting Heart Rate）
- 心率变异性（Heart Rate Variability）
- 呼吸频率（Respiratory Rate）
- 步数（Step Count）
- 活动能量消耗（Active Energy Burned）
- 睡眠分析（Sleep Analysis）
这些数据仅用于分析你的心脏节律模式，提供呼吸引导建议和温和的提醒。
数据存储
本应用的所有数据都存储在你的设备本地，使用 AsyncStorage 技术。存储的数据包括：
- 用户偏好设置（监测功能开关、免打扰时间等）
- 每日节律摘要（心率状态、趋势分析）
- 上次提醒时间（用于控制提醒频率）
- 引导完成状态
- 用户基线数据（个性化阈值）
本应用不使用任何云存储、远程数据库或第三方数据服务。
数据分享
本应用不会将你的数据分享给任何第三方。具体来说：
- 不使用任何第三方分析工具（如 Google Analytics、Firebase 等）
- 不使用任何广告 SDK
- 不使用任何崩溃报告服务
- 不发送任何网络请求
通知
本应用仅使用本地通知（设备端生成），不使用推送通知服务器。通知内容完全在你的设备上生成和处理。
Apple Watch
配套的 Apple Watch 应用直接在手表上访问 HealthKit 数据。所有数据处理都在设备本地完成，不会传输到外部服务器。
数据删除
卸载本应用将自动删除所有本地存储的数据。HealthKit 中的健康数据由系统「健康」应用管理，不受本应用卸载的影响。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
隐私政策更新
如果我们对本隐私政策进行重大更改，将通过应用内通知告知你。我们建议你定期查看本页面以了解最新信息。
Overview
RhythmGuard (the "App") is developed by OrrisTech. We take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Core principle: All your health data is stored only on your own device. The App does not upload any data to servers.
Data Collection
The App reads the following health data through Apple HealthKit (read-only, no write access):
- Heart Rate
- Resting Heart Rate
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Respiratory Rate
- Step Count
- Active Energy Burned
- Sleep Analysis
This data is used solely to analyze your cardiac rhythm patterns and provide breathing guidance and gentle reminders.
Data Storage
All App data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Stored data includes:
- User preferences (monitoring toggles, quiet hours, etc.)
- Daily rhythm summaries (heart rate status, trend analysis)
- Last alert timestamp (to control alert frequency)
- Onboarding completion state
- User baseline data (personalized thresholds)
The App does not use any cloud storage, remote databases, or third-party data services.
Data Sharing
The App does not share your data with any third parties. Specifically:
- No third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
- No advertising SDKs
- No crash reporting services
- No network requests of any kind
Notifications
The App uses only local notifications (generated on-device). No push notification servers are used. All notification content is generated and processed entirely on your device.
Apple Watch
The companion Apple Watch app accesses HealthKit data directly on the watch. All data processing is performed locally on the device and is never transmitted to external servers.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App automatically removes all locally stored data. Health data in HealthKit is managed by the system Health app and is not affected by uninstalling this App.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you through an in-app notification. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest information.
